Cloudflare Workers Free Tier: 100,000 Requests a Day
Looking for somewhere to run a small API or a side project without renting a server? Cloudflare's free Workers plan gives you 100,000 requests a day, and it asks for no card.
The trade-off is CPU time: each invocation gets 10 ms, so plan for small, fast handlers rather than heavy work.
What Happened
Cloudflare's free serverless tier for Workers comes with three details worth knowing before you build on it:
100,000 requests per day on the free plan.
10 ms of CPU time per invocation, which is how much processing a single run gets.
No card is needed.
Why It Matters
If your project is a webhook receiver, a small redirect service, or a bot that answers quickly, that request ceiling leaves plenty of room to test an idea for free. The 10 ms CPU figure is the part to watch, because anything that crunches data on every request will run into it fast. For small handlers that just do a little work and return a response, the limits rarely come up.
