What quality is the MP3?

Can I use the sound in my own video?

Depends who owns it. Original sounds made by a creator, and commercial music, are still theirs — downloading a copy doesn't hand you a licence. Personal use is one thing; publishing or monetising someone else's track is another. Check before you post.

Why did I get a video file instead of an MP3?
