Send your notice to support@revesery.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. You'll get an acknowledgement within two business days telling you what we did — removed it, or why we think it should stay. Either way you hear back from us; silence is not one of the outcomes.

Urgent and obvious cases (a full copy of your article, your photo used as a cover image) usually come down the same day. The window above is the promise, not the target.

Include all six. A notice missing any of them isn't something we can act on, and we'll have to write back asking for it — which costs you days.

1. 1The exact URL — The full revesery.com/…address of the page. "Somewhere in your tools section" isn't findable.
2. 2What was copied — Identify the work — a link to your original, a registration number, or enough description that we can match it.
3. 3Who you are — Name, email, and a postal address or phone number we can reach you at.
4. 4A good-faith statement — That you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
5. 5An accuracy statement — That the information is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
6. 6Your signature — Physical or electronic. Typing your full name at the end of the email counts.

Had something removed that you had every right to post? Send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that it came down by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

We forward valid counter-notices to whoever filed the original complaint. If they don't go to court within the statutory window, the content goes back up.

Accounts that collect repeated, valid copyright complaints are terminated. This isn't a threshold we negotiate case by case — a member whose posting habit depends on other people's work isn't a member this community wants.

Revesery's tools fetch media that is already public and hand it to the person who asked for it. We don't host, mirror or index that media, and nothing passes through them is stored on our servers.

That said: the tools are for content you own or are licensed to use.Downloading someone else's work and republishing it is on you, not on the tool, and it may break the terms of the platform it came from. If a rights holder tells us a specific tool is being used mainly to infringe, we withdraw it — we have done exactly that before.

A takedown notice is a legal statement made under penalty of perjury. Filing one to bury criticism, a competitor, or a review you didn't like can make you liable for the other side's costs and damages. We read notices; we don't process them by reflex.
