TrendRadar Is an Open-Source Trend Monitor for 11 Platforms
Keeping up with what's trending shouldn't mean checking 11 tabs. TrendRadar is a small open-source tool for people who want to follow news and public-interest topics without living in their feed reader.
It turns scattered trending lists and RSS subscriptions into one focused update, filtered the way you want it and pushed to the channel you already use.

What Happened
TrendRadar is a lightweight monitor that aggregates trend sources, filters the results, and delivers them through configurable push channels. Here is what it ships with:
- Multi-platform monitoring — starts with 11 mainstream platforms and accepts custom ones.
- RSS support — crawls RSS and Atom feeds and merges them with trending updates in a single notification.
- Visual configuration editor — set options, keywords, and schedules through web forms instead of editing YAML by hand.
- Flexible filtering — use plain keyword matching, or describe your interests in natural language and let AI filter for you.
- Delivery options — Telegram, Email, Slack, ntfy, Bark, and generic webhooks.
It is open-source under the GPL-3.0 license.
Why It Matters
Most trend tools want your attention; this one is built to remove the tab-hopping. The visual editor also lowers the entry cost — you can shape your filters and schedule in a browser instead of learning a config file first. If you already run a Telegram group or a Slack workspace, the notification side is a setting rather than a project.
The tradeoff is that you set it up yourself, and the quality of what arrives depends on how well you write your keywords or describe your interests. For anyone tracking a beat across several platforms, that is a fair deal.
