How to Unregister a Telkomsel Number Registered Under Your NIK

Someone may have used your NIK to register a Telkomsel number you have never seen. Telkomsel runs a status page that lists every number tied to your ID, and you can release the ones that are not yours from that same screen.

It takes a few minutes, costs nothing, and all you need is the NIK itself.

What You Need

• Your NIK, the identity number on your Indonesian ID card.

Tutorial

1. Open https://www.telkomsel.com/prepaid-registration/status-detail
2. Enter your NIK in the field on the page.
3. Check the list of numbers that appear. Every number on that list was registered using your NIK.
4. Click Lepas (release) next to any number that is not yours. If you are not sure about one, leave it and come back to it later.
