How do you vet members?

Missions open to members with an account that is at least a week old, at least one published share, and no strikes. Not a headcount — a track record.

What does it cost?

You set the reward and how many people you need. You fund that before the task appears, and you only pay for work you approve.

What if the work is bad?

Reject it with a written reason and it costs you nothing. A reason is required — we do not let work be refused in silence.
