Roku Launches a 24/7 AI-Generated TV Channel

Roku just added a channel that never stops playing AI-made shows. Fairground's new 24/7 feed runs horror, fantasy, and more, all generated by AI.

It's free with ads, and creators can earn a share of the revenue.

What Happened

Fairground's channel is now available through Roku's free, ad-supported lineup. It continuously plays AI-generated entertainment across genres like horror and fantasy.

Creators can earn money from their AI content and share in the platform's revenue. What Fairground hasn't revealed is which AI models it uses or whether the training data was properly licensed.

The channel is at http://fairground.tv

Why It Matters

An always-on AI TV channel on Roku changes what free TV can look like, but the missing details on models and licensing leave real questions. If you want to see AI-generated horror and fantasy running 24/7, it's there to watch.
