3. Pick a voice from the new language picker. There are 60 HD voices in 12 languages, male and female, plus new Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, and Korean support.
4. Run the instant voice test to hear a voice before you settle on it.
5. Copy the text you want read and let it pull from the global clipboard.
6. Switch to an offline SAPI voice when you are away from Wi-Fi. Those voices run without an internet connection.
