dsh-acp-adapter Lets You Hot-Swap AI Agents in DeepSeek Harness
Locked into one AI agent? dsh-acp-adapter just landed, and it lets you hot-swap between Claude, Codex, Kimi, and Devin inside DeepSeek Harness. It works as a universal transit hub, so you can route coding tasks to one model and reasoning to another without rewiring anything.

What Happened
dsh-acp-adapter is a new open-source adapter for DeepSeek Harness. It implements the Agent Client Protocol (ACP), which lets external AI agents connect natively instead of through messy custom wrappers. The adapter supports Claude, Codex, Kimi, and Devin, and you can switch between them on the fly.
The big design win is zero credential exposure. External tools and harnesses connect without passing raw auth tokens, passwords, or session secrets to plugins. That means you get multi-model flexibility without handing your keys to a third-party plugin.
Why It Matters
Multi-model workflows are finally practical. You can send coding tasks to Devin, reasoning to Claude, or fast execution to DeepSeek, all from one harness. The code is live on GitHub at https://github.com/zaimokuza-yoshiteru/dsh-acp-adapter, so you can dig into the architecture or try it in your own setup.
