What Happened
Claude Code now lets sessions send each other messages. When you ask, Claude sends a summary to another session — not your full history or files. The receiving session picks that summary up while it is still working.
Why It Matters
This removes the need to re-explain yourself every time you switch sessions. One session can hand off context to another, so you can keep your flow going without breaking your train of thought.
