Claude Code Sessions Can Now Message Each Other

If you juggle multiple Claude Code sessions, you know the pain of re-explaining your setup each time. Now sessions can talk to each other directly.

What Happened

Claude Code now lets one session message another. You tell Claude to send a summary to a different session, and that session picks it up mid-task. The message is a summary, not your history or files, so no full context gets shared, just what the other session needs.

Why It Matters

You no longer have to copy context between sessions by hand. Just ask Claude to pass it along, and the other session is ready to pick up where you left off.
